Why can't Addy arrive?!

OK, this is really putting a damper on my holiday spirit. And I just need to rant...

I won a MIB German Addy and Accessories on ebay. I paid 11/22 and now this seller STILL hasn't gotten her to me. I'm currently in mediation with Square Trade and if the doll or my $ doesn't get to me by 12/27 I'm filing fraud complaints.

So, very sad about not getting Addy- I'd been looking for a German one and they're tough to find- I bought ANOTHER PM Addy and a lot of her stuff.

I just find out from that seller today that the post office has apparently lost her. They have no record of the insurance number or delivery confirmation number. And it's been eight days and she was shipped priority.

AAAAAAHHHHHHH! I could just tear my hair out!

All my girls are gussied up for Christmas and waiting for Addy. Addy's Sweet Potato Set is out, she has cookies and a little tree. But no Addy.

AND I leave out of town tomorrow, so anything I don't get tomorrow morning, I won't know about til 12/27 or so. I'm just so frustrated.

Are you sure she insured her? It doesn't make sense that the post office doesn't have any record of it.

She says (the second Addy lot) she insured her and she has both a delivery confirmation number and insurance number. The delivery conf. number says she was mailed 12/11 when I type it in. The insurance number says they have no record of that item. She's worried too and headed to her post office tomorrow.

The first Addy, I fear, is hopeless and I just hope to get my money back eventually. And I was so excited to find a German one. [img]frown.gif[/img] The lady said she shipped 12/8 (which is pretty late, anyway, if you ask me since I paid 11/22 paypal) and that it was priority mail. No response since. I'm afraid I'll have to go after her for my $. [img]frown.gif[/img] I just wish she'd give me the doll!

I try not to get upset, but when sellers take their "sweet" time getting things mailed out, it just "chaps my hide"! That is a real big peeve of mine! [img]graemlins/grrr.gif[/img]

If you bought the Addy from ebay I would go and fill out a not received. As I hope this didn't happen but seller can go online and print up a shipping label but never really ship the item. The item will show shipped online.

edit: to say have her send (scan and email) you copies of these receipts.
